Hello Sailor Wildfox Swim Summer 2013

 New Wildfox Swim has just sailed in as part of the pin-up inspired Hello Sailor Collection for Summer 2013.

After the great perception of Wildfox Swim Diamonds Are Forever, the LA label has just released some vintage inspired swimwear pieces with a Wildfox twist. The collection includes fabrics such as the rainbow striped Pineapple Princess pattern that finds itself printed onto a Classic One Piece, a floaty Tankini, Bandeau or a triangular Classic String Top. A traditional chequered pattern is adopted in the County Fair styles, complete with ruffles, and available in cute girly colors lavender or pink. The Betty Hearts on coral and the Geisha influenced red and yellow floral look will work great whichever shade of skin you are – since reds always look beautiful on very fair skin.

Wear these styles at beach barbecues, pool parties or when tanning in your garden. Staying in town? Then team any Wildfox swimsuit with shorts to transform it into a bodice that will make you shine at the next summer party!

In 1995, girl world changed forever when we were introduced to three strong-willed, perfectly dressed Beverly Hills babes named Cher, Tai, and Dionne. Amy Heckerling, the mastermind behind the cultural phenomenon, said it best through her leading lady Cher Horowitz, “So okay, I don't want to be a traitor to my generation and all but I don't get how guys dress today. I mean, come on, it looks like they just fell out of bed and put on some baggy pants and take their greasy hair - ew - and cover it up with a backwards cap and like, we're expected to swoon?" AS IF! 

Everything about the “Clueless” world captured a generation of girls who wanted it all, and who were going to look great getting it. Amy Heckerling created a bold new take on the modern girl amidst the sea of grunge that filled the 90’s.
